FAQ: Shipping

The first email you receive from us will be a confirmation that your order was received. The second email, your shipping confirmation, will let you know that your order has been processed and will provide you with tracking information.

Heads Up!: Your shipping confirmation does not necessarily mean that our carrier, Canada Post, has picked up your package. But it does mean that it is ready to be shipped out.

Have your tracking number? Check your order status here.

Please verify that your order is in fact late by finding your expected delivery date here. If it's still before your expected date and you've received shipping confirmation, then your package is on its way! If your expected date has passed, please contact us at customercare@kinksology.com.

We ship all over the world! Please use our currency converter on the top right corner of our site as prices default to CAD. The conversion rate at the time of your purchase depends on your issuing credit card company used on your transaction.

It usually takes 6-12 business days after processing for a package to arrive in your country. However, delivery can be delayed depending on your country's customs. Kinksology is not responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer must pay these charges, even if the shipment is refused or undeliverable.

Unless your package was compromised or unexpectedly delayed, all shipping fees are non-refundable.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you, please email us at customercare@kinksology.com within 60 days of the initial shipment date.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Product name(s)
  • Picture of the damage(s)
  • Description of the damage(s)

(The product name(s) can be found in your order confirmation email).

We will exchange any item for you if it is damaged. Please fill out your Kinksology Return + Exchange Form and be sure to select the "exchange" option. You can then follow the return steps listed here.

Your package has probably just shipped! Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.

Your address is either not in the carrier's database or they are unable to ship to your location. Please verify that you are entering a valid address by using an address lookup service such as this one here from Canada Post.

This means that our carrier, Canada Post, was unable to deliver your package to you (perhaps you weren't home or they weren't able to access your property). If your package has been returned to us due to undeliverability, please wait up to 21 days for us to receive your item(s) and process a refund through your bank successfully.

Heads Up!: You will be charged the return shipping cost of your package to our office.

If you think your package has been lost or stolen, please email us at customercare@kinksology.com within 60 days of the initial shipment date—we will then investigate the matter with our carrier.

To help us expedite the process, when you first contact us please include the following information;

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Product name(s)

(The product name(s) can be found in your order confirmation email).

Our Tip: Use your tracking information to estimate your delivery date and make sure someone is available to receive the package on that day. You can also contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at their holding facility.

Please select "pick up" as your shipping option at checkout and your package will be ready for you at the Kinksology office, located at Kinks Hair Studio and Spa, 7 Queen Street South, Mississauga, Ontario, L5M 1K2.
