If your order hasn't been processed, you can contact us at customercare@kinksology.com to change or cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you are welcome to return your order back to us in accordance with our Return Policy which can be found here.

Free shipping over $150 applies to worldwide shipments using standard delivery only. The total of your purchase must be $150 CAD after all discounts and coupons.
Heads Up!: Express shipping is not included and will cost extra.
If your payment is declined or does not process due to technical errors, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number prior to completing your purchase. Your order will not go through until a successful payment is processed.
