Easy Returns

Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels still attached.




IconFILL OUT

Fill out your Kinksology Return + Exchange Form and place it with you item(s). Seal your package.




IconRETURN

Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain tracking (proof of postage) from the Post Office.

Making a return from outside of Canada?: Make sure that the package is marked clearly with the wording "Return to supplier" or wording having similar effect. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

For returns made outside of Canada, please keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.



    Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest you obtain a tracking number for your package as we are not liable for returns that get lost in transit. 



    IconFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    You have 30 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This 4 week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. If you receive damaged items, you may also have a right to return these products and to ask us to replace them or get a refund.

    Alternatively, you can return the items in person to our Kinksology office. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and whenever possible sent back in the original packaging.

    Please allow up to 21 days from the day you return your item(s) to the day you successfully receive your refunded amount through your bank. We process returns at our office within 24 business hours after item(s) are received.

    Your item(s) must be returned and received by our office within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received after 30 days will be considered stale and may be subject to rejection.

    We will exchange any item for you if it is damaged. Please fill out your Kinksology Return + Exchange Form and be sure to select the "exchange" option. You can then follow the return steps listed here.

    All items returned in a new and unused condition will be refunded in the original form of payment.

    At this time we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. However, all of our orders come with a handy Return + Exchange Form that makes returning your item(s) easy.

    It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your package to be delivered back to our office and processed. We'll send you an email as soon as your package reaches us.

    Depending on your bank's processing times, a refund can take up to 7 days to show up on your statement after we confirm it. If 7 days have passed and you still don't see it, try looking back to the date when you bought the item(s)—some banks now highlight the refund credit against the initial debit date.

    Unless your package was compromised or unexpectedly delayed, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
